A bit about the story

Zach could hide behind a fake smile. Just like his scars could hide behind a sweater. But what about when the smile fades, and the sweater is gone. Who will be there to support him when his life spirals out of his control? When all his friends know his secret, will they treat him differently? Will Zach finally let them in?
