This is a story between Hailey Byers whos life was flipped upside down last year in 1983 and Billy Hargrove whos from California with his abusive father Neil, his stepmother Susan along with her two daughters Rosie and Max Mayfield and his little sister Julia Hargrove who had to help raise since him and his brother Shawn was 12 and 10 years old.
