The notorious mafia family, the De Luca took a blood oath to avenge the death of their beloved sister. The oath involved killing a certain somebody of their sworn enemy whose existence is unknown. With the current status of their target unknown, the De Luca's brothers set out on a search which leads them to something unexpected, something they never ever wanted to happen to them.
