As the fragments slowly return, a more sinister story is unveiled to the vulnerable citizens of Cappy Town. Can they trust this seemingly harmless newcomer? Not to mention a mysterious caped creature always lurking in the shadows, analysing your every move. Who is it and why have they taken such an interest in you?
