Chapter 1:Shadow

I rember it like it was yesterday."Boom Boom Boom" some one was knocking on our door.My mom opened it slowley and a man with a suit came in."You are being evicted "the man said handing my mom a paper."You have to leave within a week,your rent is way passed overdue".The man left.My mom came over to me hugging me while crying.Her tears felt like bullets on my soft yet gentle skin.She looked over to my baby brother and put him in his high chair who has now started to cry.I was only nine I could sorta figure what was going on,I was gonna ask my mom but she ran in the other room before I could speak.(((Completed))
