Aleyra Nenyon has known nothing else during her youth in the small border town of Milend. Nothing about the unrest in the human kingdom of Cromier. Nothing of the rebels who seek to escape into the outside world, who seek to tear down the wall. Nothing but the small farm, the magical town, and the four walls of her home.

That is, until the Enchantress visits her small part of the wall, bestowing Aleyra with unwanted and unrelenting powers. Powers that have the ability to save the world-or destroy it.
