Stella is 16 year old girl living in an Illinois suburb who recently went through the toughest year of her life. For normal teenage girls, high school is hard enough, but for Stell it's much more. On the first day of summer she changes her appearence in hopes that she will now blend in better. Zayn is an incoming student into Chicago University who also has a painful background. Is it possible for two broken happens to make one healthy whole? Or will it all crumble up beneath them?
