Kelly took a wrong turn and ended up in a dimly lit alleyway with 4 gangsters chasing after her. It seemed like her luck vanished into thin air, until a stranger rescued her. He demanded a favor in return that turned her world upside down.
Kelly has a special bond with scarred and lonely souls who have been hurt and let down before. She owns a sanctuary for neglected dogs and recognized the same look in Rios eyes. The look of broken trust and even though, he's a gangbanger, a criminal, the worst of them all, she just can't manage to stay away.
