Amnesia

The story is about a 19 year old male with an unnatural ability, who was diagnosed with amnesia. He met a girl of his kind who was secretly the daughter of an important politician influencer who was responsible for all the corruption and high death rate in their country, so they set off with their friends who they meet along the way to beat the one known as the phantom in the government.
