It's an epic race against time as Barry and Caitlin are preparing for their first thanksgiving as parents-to-be. However their plans take an unexpected turn as Weather Witch shows up, just as Caitlin goes into labor prematurely. With an untold past and growing fear for her child's life, Caitlin can only hope that Barry be fast enough to be by her side.
