Prologue

Stephanie Phillips has been in a relationship with Jayson Maxwell since senior year of high school, she even lost her virginity to him at senior prom, almost a year ago. Jayson is possessive and obsessive and abusive towards Stephanie. She really does need to get out of this relationship. It's when her girlfriends from back home Myra and Alaina plan a trip into the city to have some girl time with Stephanie, is when they discover how heartbreaking the situation is. They see it for themselves just how poorly and badly treated Stephanie really is. Do they beg and plead with Stephanie to go back home. Or do they pull a "goodbye earl," and start over as the three best friends they once where, before Stephanie and Jayson even started dating?
