An evil organization called Neo-HYDRA, formed from the remnants of HYDRA, Shadaloo, Illuminati and Slither Inc. under the leadership of the Fascist Steve Rogers, threatens the peace of mankind. It's up to the next generation of Heroes to end this menace once and for all. Among these heroes there are two of relevance. Dorai Buchanan Rogers (Steve Rogers and Chun-Li Zang's son), better known as Winter Paragon and Hyo Sonn Han (Batroc the Leaper and Juri Han's daughter) the New Captain America.
