When Cleo's mother died, her and her father moved to Washington. Turns out that Washington was infested with these beasts known as Werewolves. Cleo had no idea of these people because they blend with average, everyday teenagers.

The only thing that makes them stick out is when they find their mates. When Cleo finds her mate, she is unaware and so is he because of her smell. Turns out Cleo is a werewolf as well but never knew.
