I've been given permission by the original writer of "A Mafia Love" (@IzzyKun) to write her au. However I have changed quite a bit of it so I wouldn't be directly copying her au in its entirety. Although I do love it, I feel bad for copying too much of it. So the lore between A Mafia Love and this story is a lot different. Gilbert is a medical student, doing his best to survive. His mother abandoned him to an abusive father, who beats both him and his brother. He is mocked and hurt by his fellow students, and has even been raped by one persistent asshole. Gilbert has only one solace in this hell of a world. Roderich is the leader of a famous and ferocious crime gang that practically controls the city. His past is a total mystery. He fears no man and has a cold heart. He has only ever opened up to one person. Gilbert is Roderich's Prince. He has dedicated himself to ruining the lives of all that dare hurt him. God help those who dare hurt his Prince.
