As Frieza tries to revive his empire after his resurrection, it catches the eye of Cooler, his brother, who deems Frieza weak and takes full control before setting his sights on Earth to meet Goku whom he's heard so much about. When this new foe arrises, the Z-Fighters face a new threat with ties to a past thought lost.
