When Liberty travels to Russia with her Owner (lmao the president) for a meeting, she is forced to stay in there. This spoiled dog meets another dog (but cat is here mainly), who tries to help her throughout the streets. The two then having to team up when the Presidents other dog hires some dogs to murder Liberty. They go on wild adventures and try to get back home as soon as possible. But they don't always make it back safe.
