When the world is falling into darkness, two people are chosen to be the light.
Kedah Bernstad came from a rough childhood where she had to 'grow up' faster than most children her age. When losing almost everything she had drove her to becoming a Christian, her faith in God encourages her to make great sacrifices in order to keep peace in the world.
Julius Jones has a temper that clashes with Kedah, making them disagree and argue almost every time they see each other. His faith in God was the only thing that encouraged him to keep going in the journey to bringing the light back into the world.
These two young people are chosen to be the light that brings people out of darkness, but there's one problem: neither of them want to go together. Will they choose to swallow their pride and develop affection of some kind for each other? Or will they let the existence of mankind disappear?
