Little does he know, she is telling his SONS a lie. Izuku & Mikumo Midotani are Twins. Yes really. They are taken care of by their mother Inko Midotani, and have no Idea who their father, Hisashi, really is. He is just a guy who works overseas and sends money to help with taking care of them. Mikumo does develop a quirk, The power to use any quirk he wants but only if he knows how the quirk works, and has seen it in action. Izuku showed all the signs of getting a quirk, but sadly it never manifested. Mikumo: Purple hair with black tips that is curlier than Izuku's and covers his right eye most the time, Crimson eyes, slightly taller then Izuku even if he was born second.
