Avery "A.J." Jensen would rather be working on a car instead of worrying about her makeup. She grew up working at her father's junkyard/garage with her best friend, Reece Campbell.

Slade Williams loves street racing. He wins all his races and is know as "The Street Slayer." He moved to Texas a year ago and automatically became friends with Reece. Reece is always talking about his friend A.J., but Slade has never met A.J. Which makes him believe A.J. is a guy.

What happens when A.J. and Slade finally meet? Will it be love at first sight or will Slade have to race for A.J.'s heart?
