Life is hectic and we spend every moment striving towards fulfilling our dreams and achieving our goals. Amidst all the chaos, we seldom spare time for ourselves. We get so caught up in life, that things that must be our first priority, slide to the bottom of the list. Ourselves. Let's, for once, take a day off from our busy routines to take care of our body.
