Lust for Animosity

A story about revenge, trust and love.
Edeline at first glance seems to be a delicate flower, with a slim figure and gorgeous attention grabbing features. But under that deceiving cover lies a fiery spirit. A thirst for blood, and a fight, Edeline is anything but gentle. She's ruthless, reckless and often doesn't care who she ends up hurting. Now at the ripe age of twenty two, she's ready to take over her families business of assassinating by night, and acting the part of a noblewoman by day.
Kyros on the other hand, is a selfless man who shows compassion for others and helps wherever he can. Although not born in Greece, both of his deceased parents are Greek. He grew up in a house by Edeline's with his noblewoman aunt and learned the mannerisms of being Greek while Edeline taunted and tried to wreck him. As they grew up, he harbored a hatred for her and her wistful, carefree ways. Seeing the monster in her that no other little boys could see. He was sure glad when she was sent away to that all girl's school when he was thirteen. Now ten years later, he has all but forgotten about the scrap of a girl who tried to ruin his life as a child. With his aunt dead and no one else left to him, Kyros figures he has little to live for. That is until he happens upon a woman in the middle of the night in a fight and helps save her, only to find out that she's the head of an assassination guild...and that she wants him to join her.
With years passed, and with both of them changing so much, it's only a wonder if the two would be able to recognize each other if they ran into one another ever again.
