Your enemy, your supposedly best friends, your family, your peers, every one that keeps your world so blue and cold. This collection of poems will depict the process of being in your lowest state to how you're letting go and move on.

that's how my world looks like right now
that's how my heart feels
that's how my mind sound like

I wriggle on my bed,
loathing on how blue everything is,
loathing on the reasons why it's so blue,
loathing on myself
