Magnus Bane is an international rock star who has achieved fame and fortune. While it seems he has everything that he could ever desire, he soon realises he wants something more in life. Alec is a financial adviser who helps businesses in need of assistance. He has a very black and white way of thinking and needs order in his life. These two men lead completely separate and different lives, but they meet by happenstance. Will Alec be able to break through Magnus' rock star façade and finally show him that all that glitters is not gold?
