Junior Arya Carmine transfers schools in the middle of the school year, from sunny Atlanta, Georgia to dreary Manchester, Massachusetts. Granted, the town is rich and is right on the ocean, but what can she do with that in the middle of March? If it wasn't bad enough moving in the middle of her junior year, how is she going to get through the stereotypical mean girls and giggling harlots? Not to mention a certain incredibly hot bad boy.
