Tokyo ghoul is an anime that is around Tokyo and ghouls that have kaungauns that are used as weapons for the ghouls and there are ccg that kill ghouls and there policy is they would lose an arm or a leg just to kill ghouls

i haven't seen all of tokyo ghoul so yeah it will be crappy
