Rosalyn Pavlov has never had an easy life. Left on a small Church's doorstep when she was only days old, Rose grew up only knowing one thing: life sucks. Quite literally sometimes. Taken in by the Priest of the Church, Father Fredrick, Rose grew up knowing full well what she really was: an ancient group of angel like warriors called Hunters, destined to protect the realm from all sorts of unruly demons...and a few other supernaturals as well. With the help of Father Fredrick, a long ago Hunter himself, Rose had to learn how to suppress even her most beast like self. But Rose was not an ordinary Hunter. Along with her angel strength came a demon side that she hated to admit she had: Vampire. And that meant she was the first of her kind. Now that she's seventeen Rose is beginning to smell and assume more and more of her Vampire powers...and the more it comes out, the more supernaturals want a taste of her all to themselves. With the supernatural world coming for her at full force Rose is forced to make a choice. And it is one that will change her life forever.
