Description
(Scrapped.) The year is 2016. Civilization is growing ever crowded. The people go on about their lives, unaware of the work the American government is doing on a new virus. It was supposed to help open the mind, make people smarter so the States could continue to be the most powerful nation in the world. It was supposed to gently open the mind to a higher IQ, but that's not what it does. It splits it open. And now it's loose on the world, killing millions and spreading fast. Those that do survive are either not effected by it at all, or end up with the ability to use their whole brain. It the wake of the ruin, and the other countries becoming infected as well, Richard Hauber has managed to avoid The Collectors. A group of agents sent out to collect those that have awakened to enlist in the new United States Army.
