+13 Izuku Kai is the son of All for one. He was born with his quirk. His quirk is called one for all. The same like his father but stronger. His quirk allows him to make and delete quirks as well. When Izuku was 4 he ran away. Child service came and took him to an orphanage. Izuku practice his quirk for the U.A. Entrance exam. But there only one problem. Ever since he got his quirk his father abused him and thought him to stay silent and to avoid others. So Izuku was mute for most of his life. Little does Izuku know that All for one made two. One of them Izuku the other his sibling incase this happened. So Izuku now has a secret sibling with the same quirk as him. And who's the same age as him as well. Will Izuku meet his replacement?
