Alyssa Black lived in La Push her whole life. Her and Jacob loved each other to bits and would do anything to protect each other. She looked nothing like a Quilete unlike her brother, and you wouldn't tell they were related apart from the fact they were pretty much glued to each others sides. She hated it when he abandoned her for the one and only Bella Swan, but continued on anyway. When cliff diving, Alyssa found a cave and since then her life was never the same. She was a mermaid. It was her secret and as much as she wanted to tell Jacob, she was scared he wouldn't accept her. Will she keep her secret? Will she discover Jacob's secret because of someone else?
