When a mysterious woman, (whose dramatic entrance into the city includes wrecking havoc on the city) sashays in, claiming to be the queen's long lost sister, and doesn't only come for the throne but also comes with Kerran by her side, Nora's world comes crashing with a bang and 'unimportant' and 'forgotten' emotions threaten to rise again. With the revelation of the truth, and the exposure of the world as it is, Nora begins to question where Kerran's loyalties really lie. Nora has to decide, which is more important, protecting her heart from Kerran or protecting the throne from Kerran and the queen's sister. But were those really her only two options? I rated this book mature because of the mentions of violence in it.
