Ozpin and Salem have been battling each other for countless centuries. During that time, all kinds of Grimm have come and gone. Except one Grimm who dons a white bird beak mask/face and black shroud and a black wide-brimmed hat.

The last Reaper has lived for eons, watching his species slowly die out and be forgotten by the general public. He was just about content on being alone until he met Summer Rose. Now he tries to fulfill a promise to protect Summer's daughter Ruby by any means he can.
