Prologue: Alex

Ella Matin's life is less then perfect. With an alcoholic step dad and and half sister that isn't wanted in her family, she never lets anyone close in her life to see what problems she faces at home; not even her two best friends Sam and L. But when the arrogant school 'player' that she despises, Alex, starts talking to her she wonders what he really wants from her. Will she stay out of his spell the rest of the school is under or will she make the mistake of letting him in to her messed up life more then anyone else before?
