Wasting away

This is the journal and life of a young girl by the name of Ivy Hartley. Her family never stays in one place for long and it is her job to be the middle child in a family of two other siblings. Her father is an alcoholic with a short temper and her mother is a woman who believes that she should always answer to the man of the house. Ivy is on a journey to who knows where and is armed with only a pencil and a journal to keep track of her life.
