Annie has always been a trouble maker. But, once going to high school she joins the wrong crowd. Her parents think that it is just a phase. Once she turns 18, she runs away to New York with her friends. She is now 20 and a criminal. She meets a police officer while running one of her scams. What will happen when she realizes she may like this police officer?
