Intro and discription of character

Sierra De La Hoya, known for being one of the Big Five and the sister of the number one blader Free De La Hoya. What happens when she meets another one of the Big Five, the one and only Lui Shirosagi? Will they develop a deep hatred for each other or will it be something else?
