Quinn Pulman has been forced to make decisions her entire life. So when she moves back to her old hometown and bumps into heart throb Mason Carter, she has to make a few more.

Quinn is a 17 year old, aspiring violinist who for the past two years has been living away from her hometown when her dad gets a job opportunity he couldn't say no to. She moved on, made new friends, settled into her new life. But when her brother gets a soccer scholarship back home in Philadelphia, she's faced with her old life. When she bumps into her old crush Mason Carter, old feelings resurface and more decisions will have to be made. But with the help from her friends, Anna and Leah, things might just be okay.
