Outside the village of Konoha a rogue shinobi gives a pair of Jounin a challenge.
This rogue is considered a threat to the village by all, aside from the Hokage.
In his decision making, he forces this rogue to join his village, as a Genin.
This rogue does not argue or make a fuss upon hearing this decision.
Why did the rogue join the village so easily?
Where did they come from?
What are their true intentions?
