Just as 14-year-old Eloise got used to her new life in San Diego, it abruptly changes(again).
That's what it's like being in the witness protection program, Her father did something bad she thinks. Eloise has no friends except for her Twin brother Victor. That soon changes when she meets her neighbor, Kyle Diaz, an outgoing boy who won't leave her alone.
