Book 1: Prologue - Light

Amid the stench of London's polluted skies, among monsters cloaked in human flesh, a young boy witnessed something miraculous-a light that pierced the darkness and led him into a world never meant for the likes of him. A trespasser, perhaps. Yet even as his body crumbles to ash, he will keep chasing that light.
