Shawn's childhood best friend Eliza who he's been in love with since they were kids, comes back to Canada at age 20. She moved away when they were 12, she was up rooted from her foster home when the older boy tried to force himself on her. He abused her and she never told Shawn or anyone. She finally tells Shawn the real reason she was moved to California.
