Description
Survival of the Fittest: Calista Semuels lives in a 'boarding school' with her best friend Jack Amsters. Both are working hard for their initiation exams, which will determine whether or not they are accepted into the Academy. Acceptance means a life full of danger and darkness at every corner, but failure means losing the only home Cali has ever known, in other words - death. Free at Last: Max Hadad has been in the safety of his foster home for years now. Away from the trouble and misery that once surrounded his life. He's a normal teenager, going to school, hanging out with friends, and everything else that high schoolers do - well, at least he's trying to. Memories from his past still haunt him. And when radio messages and new friends join the picture, he begins wondering if he's actually free from his old troubles. A Taste of Fate: An unfortunate incident causes the two teens to meet, and their lives to change forever. Nothing is as it seems now for Cali, and Max must learn to face the monsters that once surrounded him. Together, they might just be able to survive. But with so many enemies, it's going to be a rough journey.
