Meeting You

He was a guy who had a dark past and a rough home life, but managed to put up a convincing front when he had to.

She was a girl who had lost nearly everything, turning to drugs to dull the pain, and she had learned how to hide it from those around her, and did it pretty well.

But, what happens when two people so alike, who know when the other is putting up a front, and when the other is hiding something, meet completely and totally by chance?

Well, quite simply put.... They may be screwed. Their secrets may get out.

Or... they may just manage to pull each other out of their separate darknesses, and help each other to finally achieve the thing that had seemed so out of reach for so many years.
