Before the Coma

Tatiana, devoted to her family, decides to run away when her family takes things too far, and arrange a marriage for her. But something terrible happens, and she is stuck in a hospital, trapped in her own mind, fighting to get out.

What happens when a normal girl gets in a bad accident, and is stuck in a coma for a long time, with only the voice of her betrothed breaking the unrelenting darkness of her mind?
