Introduction

What does it take, to feel something again? I'm not sure if again is the right word to use. Have I felt anything at all? How do you know when you have felt something? It's possible that it was all in my head. Maybe he just messed me up so bad I don't remember who I am, or maybe I didn't know who I was since the beginning. There's a moment in everyone's life where they have to sit and ask themselves that question. I believe that question can be one of the hardest ones you ever have to answer. It takes an intelligent human being to know who they are, why they're here, and what to make of themselves. There are many things we can resolve our life around; family, friends, love, selflessness. Every person is different everyone sees a different reason to be alive. At a point in my life, I thought mine was him. I never thought I'd be that girl, who'd get so caught up in a boy that she forgot where she was. I thought I was smarter than that, I was certain that love wouldn't run my life. The mistakes and the decisions I've made all because of him have made me farther from that answer.
