Nocari's Feather

The story takes place on an alien planet. In Demeriza (one of the many countries) lies a city called Zuliar. This city is the galaxies top technology hub. The city is divided into 5 main districts. Those districts are: Warden District, Copper District, Ash District, Rune District, and Wire District. On that planet it is always nighttime, so the city is constantly basked in neon lights. Most areas are also very crime ridden without any way to stop it. The year that the story takes place is 8916 and the city has been locked down. No one can get in or out of the city and the citizens are desperate to be free.
