Description
acrophobia[ak-ruh-foh-bee-uh] noun 1. a pathological fear of heights or falling. Ok. For me, falling wasn't a fear. It was more like a job or hobby. Atychiphobia noun 1. Fear of failure. Now this was something I was terrified of. I didn't have to deal with this fear often, buts it's presence was like a weight on my shoulders, pushing me down. Now, I lied a little earlier fear of failure is experienced a lot. I fall everywhere whenever I can. Whether it's falling on my butt after tripping over high heels, or falling in love with the stupid blonde lifeguard at the beach club, I fall. Everywhere. I've gotten used to the pain of the falling, but not the pain of being made fun of. It hurts more. At some point I know I'll get used to it, but for now, I'm not.
