She doesn't know his name.

She doesn't know where he comes from.

She doesn't know anything about him.

But she knows she will always find him on her couch passed out from gunshot or stabbing wounds.

Like always, she has no choice but to tend to his wounds and save his life. And like always, he leaves without saying goodbye.
