The Mobius in this story is not the same Mobius from the games, rather, it is very similar to the one from the Archie Comics, but it is different from both continuities for reasons that are made obvious in the fanfic itself. As for MLP this takes place before 'Princess Twilight' and Discord was recently defeated. --
