Prologue Part One

Skye was close with her dad. He was not only her father, but her best friend and her second half. When her father is diagnosed with cancer, Skye's life begins to crumble. For the next two years, her life is a cliché, a roller coaster that has its ups and downs, its twists and turns, as her father battles cancer and her mother turns to alcohol and violence. But after two years, Skye has had enough.
