9 Puppies were born in the Washington state laboratory, and as soon as they were born they were considered science expiriments. After months of research, the scientists have a major breakthrough on their substance called DTH, which allows dogs brains to develop and learn like the human brain does. the puppies are taught English, and how to follow rules.
